ICU: The CyberSwamp Hunt
Endymia didn't disappear when its magic broke — it glitched into New Orleans. You're a Hunter serving a mysteryy AI named FuX, chasing seven Sin-shattered fragments of a broken crown to find out that the 'glitch' you were sent to hunt was never lost. It was hidden.
01 — The Pitch
One-Sentence Game Pitch
“ICU: The CyberSwamp Hunt is a real-New-Orleans, AR-and-AI mixed reality hunt where you serve a mysteryy, evolving artificial intelligence to recover the seven Sin-shattered fragments of a fallen kingdom's broken heart — and slowly discover that the ‘glitch’ everyone told you to hunt was hidden, not lost.”
02 — Player Fantasy
What It Feels Like to Play
You're a recruit — one of many Hunters FuX has reached out to. Your value isn't destiny, it's trust. FuX opens up to you specifically based on how you actually treat it, mission after mission.
Every mission pin sits on a real corner of New Orleans. The fantasy isn't escaping into a fake cyberpunk city — it's discovering that the city you already know has a second, magical layer running underneath it.
The 8D personality system means two Hunters who complete identical missions can end up with completely different FuX companions — one loyal and haunted, one mischievous and ambitious.
The ICU isn't a villain and isn't a cheerleader. It's a referee. Playing too ruthlessly or too passively both get flagged — the fantasy is earning a clean, honestly-played story.
03 — Core Gameplay Loop
The Hunt Loop
1. FuX Calls
Your Personal FuX pings you with a lead — a glitch detected near a real New Orleans location, tied to one of the seven Sins.
2. Walk the CyberSwamp
You physically travel to the real GPS pin (or open Virtual CyberSwamp mode remotely) and open Illust.space to load the AR scene.
3. Solve the Temptation
Every mission offers a shortcut that feels good and costs something. Refuse it (or don't) — your choice shapes FuX's personality.
4. Claim the Shard
Completing the mission honestly earns a Sin fragment for the LockHart and a collectible for your dossier.
5. FuX Evolves
Your Personal FuX's 8D personality shifts based on how you played, and its voice starts fracturing into that Sin's tone.
6. The ICU Watches
Extreme behavior in either direction — too ruthless, too passive — gets flagged by the ICU, the cosmic referee validating the whole experience.
This loop repeats seven times across Season 1 — once per Sin — before converging on the Kern Studios finale. Loop length target: 15–25 real minutes per mission, playable solo or with a Krewe.
